With Eclaro’s Impact Sourcing Program, you have the opportunity to put an underprivileged Filipino child through grade-school or provide them with a college education.  By utilizing our global delivery services, your company can sponsor a scholarship for a child to attend Eclaro Academy, our accredited, technology-oriented academic institution, offering K-12, as well as college degrees with 6 majors.

Impact Sourcing Program

Commit to hire a minimum number of resources* working from our global delivery centers in the Philippines and sponsor a scholarship to Eclaro Academy on behalf of your company for one of the following:

  • Nine years of grammar school (Grades K-8)
  • Four years of high school (Grades 9-12)
  • Four years of college

The Eclaro Academy Story

          Eclaro established global delivery operations in Manila in the Philippines in 2009. Our principals witnessed firsthand the poverty in the Philippines, and sought to implement benefits and opportunities for their employees.

          In November 2013, Eclaro acquired a small BPO firm. With the new acquisition came a vocational center and an accredited four-year college, later rebranded as Eclaro Academy. This was an additional way to give back to their employees and to support the local community.
